To implement the new texts, ricardo.ch looked for an experienced partner who could quickly and cost-effectively handle the project bilingually in German and French.

In addition to the new content, the messages underwent a redesign to make them more readable and action-oriented in the desktop and mobile views, enabling the platform to keep pace with the growing use of mobile devices. The messages were completely rewritten section by section. Overall, Supertext rewrote more than 200 messages in just one week – covering everything from registration to the successful completion of an offer. Some of them will be sent more than a million times per month.
