Supertext supports ricardo.ch with new customer notifications

The online marketplace ricardo.ch has spruced up its customer notifications. The automated messages were completely revised with the aim of “turning system emails into customer messages”.

To implement the new texts, ricardo.ch looked for an experienced partner who could quickly and cost-effectively handle the project bilingually in German and French.

“Supertext immediately understood our request and convinced us with their offer and sample texts,” says Thomas Biegel, Head of Product at ricardo.ch. “The biggest challenge was transforming complicated content into simple texts, and Supertext did an excellent job with it.”

In addition to the new content, the messages underwent a redesign to make them more readable and action-oriented in the desktop and mobile views, enabling the platform to keep pace with the growing use of mobile devices. The messages were completely rewritten section by section. Overall, Supertext rewrote more than 200 messages in just one week – covering everything from registration to the successful completion of an offer. Some of them will be sent more than a million times per month.
